Northern Lights
Here in Sweden the northern lights often occur during the winter, it can also be seen in the beginning of fall here in Vemdalen.
The northern lights is usually visible on cold winter nights when the sky is clear,
with almost no visible moonlight and when the sky has no clouds.
Often the northern lights can not be seen with city lights, so you should head out to the countryside.
Therefore, Vemdalen is the perfect place to see the northern lightning, and why not see it from one of our mountains or from a cozy little cottage!
